For now, My friend and I manage the server, so Your mention is correct.(But My friend has more capable to using English and IT Technology than me.)

Yes, I built a new pod without any peer(only for twitter2 and my new pod), because I want a limited space with client certificate for testing , trying and learning. (But the idea has been thinking impossible in us for a reason about DB and traditional.)
